On the Go Mom

Okay, I never…..and I mean NEVER discuss politics, but OMG, I am just so dismayed. Does Guiliani really believe that Terrorism is the real threat to America? What about our economy? What about our lack of reasonable health care? What about……what about…….

And yes……it is a double standard to ask about “her” responsibility as a parent versus “his” responsibility as a parent. But HELLO……she has a high needs infant. Does she not know what is ahead of her in the next few years in regards to Trig? She has a daughter who is pregnant and is going to want (I would think) her mother by her side to support her. Maybe it’s just me personally, but I could not ever imagine taking on this responsibility with young kids at home. I can not imagine being away from them for an extended period of time. Hell, Catherine is 6-years old and I’ve never been away over night from her and Harrison is 10-years old and aside from Catherine’s birth, I’ve only spent one night away from him!! LOL My mom just corrected me in regards to Harrison……I did not leave him alone for more than one night until he was 6-years old. Oops.

Anyway……..the thought of McCain passing away during office and having someone with her lack of experience taking over sort of scares me. Now I know that there are people out there who will say the same about Obama in office. In some ways I say, yes that is true….but if he passes away at least Biden has experience. I’d rather lose lack of experience and gain experience than to lose experience and gain a lack of experience.

And let’s not get ME started about PTA!!! LOL

I am a VERY STRONG supported of the military, having grown up in it. But I am sorry…..there will NEVER be a victory in Iraq.

Today, Tim and I celebrate 19-years of marriage. WOW!!! We have been together for 22-years. That just kills me.

With everything that I have put him and our family through, he stills loves me!!! And it really must be love because trust me…….there is no life insurance or inheritance for him to win if I were to die! LOL

I love the smell of fresh cut grass, Christmas trees and baking cookies.

Marshall and I rode an elephant when he was just one.

Yes. We own a number of them.

Making friends, and making things in the kitchen.

While grocery shopping at Safeway this evening, I walked down YOUR aisle, and they had 4 (yes FOUR), of YOUR products on the shelf! LOL
